This role is critical to helping Renova One meet service line expectations by responding to customer inquiries and invoicing customers. The ideal candidate brings experience in billing, invoicing, cash applications, collections, and customer account management, while maintaining a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and customer service.Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on timeReview billing data for completeness, accuracy, and proper approvalsResolve billing discrepancies and respond to internal and customer inquiriesEnsure billing aligns with contracts, pricing, and project/job detailsApply customer payments (ACH, check, wire, credit card) to the correct accountsReconcile customer accounts and research payment variances or short paysAssist with AR aging reviews and follow up on open or unapplied itemsSupport month-end close activities related to billing and cash receiptsLearn and assist with AP processing, including invoice entry and codingSupport vendor reconciliations and help resolve invoice discrepanciesAssist with AP workflows as part of cross-training and developmentMaintain accurate records and documentationSupport audits, reporting, and internal controls as neededCollaborate with accounting and operations teams to improve processesProcess customer invoices within established service-level expectationsRespond to customer billing inquiries within 24-48 hoursPerform cash application activities and maintain accurate AR recordsSupport collection efforts and customer account follow-upPartner with operations teams to ensure billing information is complete and accurateMaintain service-line standards for responsiveness and invoice turnaround timesUtilize QFloors and Job Runner/Pilot systems for billing and invoicing activitiesMinimum 2-3 years of experience in invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, cash applications, or collectionsExperience managing customer account inquiries and issue resolutionStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to manage competing priorities while meeting billing deadlinesExcellent customer service and communication skillsExperience with accounting or billing software preferredExperience with QFloors and/or Job Runner/Pilot is preferredAll offers of employment are contingent upon a background checkYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines Renova One
