Our Bookkeeper - Junior Accounting Clerk earns $18.00 - $22.00/hour .

HOW TO EXCEL AS OUR BOOKKEEPER - JUNIOR ACCOUNTING CLERK

• Associate degree OR current pursuit of a bachelor's in accounting or finance
• Some professional bookkeeping experience
• Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

YOUR IMPACT AS A BOOKKEEPER – JUNIOR ACCOUNTING CLERK

In this partially remote finance position, you overcome a variety of bookkeeping and financial challenges to produce incredible results for our clients. With your keen eye for detail, you coordinate a wide range of functions while ensuring total accuracy. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, producing monthly financial packages, pulling monthly statements and payroll reports, balancing indirect cost reports, and managing bank, credit card, and loan accounts.

As directed by your lead, you complete tasks such as monthly client invoicing, completing journal entries, and reviewing and amortizing prepaid accounts. No matter what you're doing, you complete every task accurately, promptly, and in accordance with our firm's expectations. You take pride in performing this essential service and helping guide our clients' financial futures!
