Project Leader

Baxter seeks a Project Leader for its Patient Support Systems sustaining engineering team in Batesville, Indiana. The role involves leading cross-functional project teams managing design changes for medical devices, coordinating multiple initiatives, and collaborating across engineering, operations, quality, and regulatory functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams through planning and implementation phases
• Plan and execute projects using project management tools with limited supervision
• Manage multiple small to medium-sized projects simultaneously
• Communicate project status updates across organizational levels
• Maintain project schedules and support change control reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, strongly preferred in engineering or technical field
• 1-3 years of project management experience managing various project sizes
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to timely project execution
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Monte Carlo simulation (preferred)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)

Compensation: $88,000-$121,000 base annually
