Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate all material and product movements within the facility.
Operate a yard dog to move semi-trailers and transport steel throughout the yard.
Back semi-trailers into loading bays safely and efficiently.
Operate RTG (Rough Terrain Gantry) equipment to relocate materials and sections.
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Cross-train and support other operational areas as needed.

Job Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand shipping environment with strong attention to detail and minimal clerical errors.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
General understanding of a high-volume, customer-driven manufacturing environment.
Ability to learn and operate forklifts, rough terrain gantries, and semi-trucks.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred.
