Job Title
Job summary and Responsibilities - Understand business initiatives, deliver solutions, and provide recommendations regarding business objectives. Accountable for maximizing business value, balancing customer needs, operational impact, technical constraints, and delivery feasibility. Engages stakeholders to align on outcomes and success measures, not just requirements or features. Continuously evaluates delivered solutions and incorporates feedback to drive iterative improvement. Research and collaborates with other project teams tasked with identifying current and future business needs. Maintains and prioritizes the product backlog, ensuring work is sequenced based on value, risk, dependencies, and strategic alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support requirements for gathering, documentation, and process mapping for new and legacy systems.
Primary skills (100%) / experience - JIRA Analysis Technical Writing Product Ownership Billing System Expertise: understanding of billing transformation processes and catalog-driven service models - How are the primary skills / experience applied? - Writes clear workflow documents/presentations Articulate business logic to technical and non-technical partners Coordinates across business and technical domains, integration owners, and workstreams for consistency and accountability Translate meeting outputs into structured deliverables, decision logs, and stakeholder updates; documenting requirements as JIRA user stories for development prioritization
Secondary skills (50%)/ experience - Project / task management skills Experience on a Scrum Team Working knowledge of AI or Automation applications - How are the secondary skills / experience applied? - Demonstrated past success should give the candidate working knowledge of the level of detail required in documentation Coordinate across business and technical domains to ensure clarity and consistency in billing transformation deliverables
