As a Senior, you will be responsible for:Plan and supervise assigned engagementsAcquire a working knowledge of the client’s businessReview all workpapersReview financial statements for accuracy and completeness, including note disclosuresAnalyze balance sheet accounts and prepare reconciliationsPerform daily posting of cash transactions and ensure cash reconciliations are timelyPerform periodic internal audits on specific activity to ensure compliance with internal controlsResearch and facilitate the resolution of issues arising during engagementsInteract with key client management to gather information, resolve problems and make recommendations for business and process improvements.Active involvement in professional development of staffPrepare staff evaluationsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required3-4 years experience as senior accountant which include working in a BPO practice or working with an external accounting service provider.Advanced computer skills and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on ExcelDedicated to superior client serviceExcellent project management, interpersonal, verbal and written skillsSupervise a number of engagements simultaneouslyPossess an ability to multitask and complete engagements within time constraints and deadlinesHighly motivated self-starter and dependable #J-18808-Ljbffr Citrin Cooperman
