Clinical Manager

We're hiring a Clinical Manager to lead the team out of our Beltsville, MD office. You'll lead a multidisciplinary group nurses, therapists, and aides keeping documentation and OASIS tight, and making sure the care we deliver actually meets the standards we set.

Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow management

Supervise and support clinical staff including RNs LPNs therapists and aides

Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory standards

Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness

Coordinate patient care planning and case assignments

Lead onboarding training and performance management initiatives

Serve as a liaison between clinical staff physicians and leadership

Support quality assurance and performance improvement programs

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland (or eligible)

Minimum of 2-3 years of home health experience preferred

Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Strong knowledge of OASIS Medicare guidelines and compliance standards

Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills

Must be able to work on-site in Beltsville MD
