Treasury Specialist

DescriptionKforce's client, a leading investment-focused organization in Boston, MA, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to provide interim support to its finance and treasury team. This role will focus on cash management, treasury operations, funding activities, and transaction processing across a complex portfolio of entities. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on treasury professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:* Manage daily cash positioning and monitor liquidity across multiple business entities and investment structures* Execute and reconcile domestic and international wire transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness* Support funding activities, cash forecasting, and short-term liquidity planning* Coordinate cash movements between bank accounts and internal stakeholders to meet operational requirements* Perform bank account reconciliations and investigate transaction variances* Maintain treasury controls, documentation, and adherence to internal procedures* Partner with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting of cash activity* Assist with quarter-end treasury activities and high-volume transaction periodsRequirements* 3+ years of treasury, cash management, or treasury operations experience* Experience processing and managing wire transfers through banking platforms* Advanced organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/ERP platforms* Strong understanding of liquidity management and cash forecasting principles* Ability to work onsite during training with flexibility for a hybrid schedule thereafterJob TypeContractCompensation50 - $60 Kforce
