What you'll get to do:

Help homeowners and contractors choose the right paint and supplies
Mix and tint paint accurately
Recommend products based on project needs
Keep the department organized, stocked, and inviting
Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service

Requirements:

2+ years of paint sales or paint department experience
Experience with paint mixing and tinting systems
Comfortable with POS systems and basic MS Office
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Weekend availability

Nice-to-Haves:

Knowledge of the home improvement industry
Familiarity with Benjamin Moore product lines specifically
