THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who is structured,

service-minded, and proactive. You likely bring:

3+ years of experience in customer service, coordination, or a similar role

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience with CRM and ERP systems (IFS, Zoho or Business Central preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

A positive, collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude

WHAT YOULL DO

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a central

role in ensuring smooth service operations

and a high-quality customer experience. Your

responsibilities will include:

Managing service plans and service contracts in ERP and CRM systems

Coordinating equipment installations and service visits with customers, technicians, and Field Application Scientists

Acting as the primary point of contact for service- and contract-related customer communication

Supporting sales and account management on service offerings and renewals

Maintaining accurate instrument, contract, and service data

Ensuring timely contract renewals with a focus on retention and customer satisfaction
