Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities Screen and evaluate children using standardized tests, clinical observations and caregiver inquiries. Establish & implement individualized treatment programs including child’s history, strength, weaknesses therapeutic interventions & goals. Reassess the child's performance on an ongoing basis and adjust the treatment program accordingly. Consult and educate caregivers to enhance the implementation of the treatment program. Participate as an active member within a multi-disciplinary team. Provide accurate and timely documentation (daily, monthly & annual evaluation & discharged summary). Participate in on-going continuing education to further enhance your skills and knowledge.
