Marketing Project Manager: Consumer Markets

Drive enterprise-level events and B2B marketing initiatives for a Fortune 50 client across key industry verticals. Own the tactical execution of integrated campaigns across events, email, social, thought leadership content, and advertising Manage requests and workflow in Workfront and maintain campaign, event, and sponsorship data in Salesforce Manage event logistics for webcasts and industry conferences, including timelines, vendors, sponsorship deliverables, and nurture campaigns Write and edit ad copy, email copy, and other short form marketing content Juggle multiple high-priority initiatives, build schedules, and share clear status updates Build strong relationships with senior leaders, client leaders, alliance partners, and cross-functional teams while working remotely Help the team prioritize and adapt when plans change Proofread and quality-check emails, web content, presentations, and more Pull metrics, analyze results, and turn them into clear PowerPoint reporting Support budget tracking, admin, and the tactical details that keep everything running 5+ years of marketing experience as a project manager, event manager, program manager or producer B2B marketing experience within an enterprise level organization (professional services is a plus) Integrated marketing experience across multiple channels; including event marketing experience Strong writing skills: you can draft marketing copy, not just proofread it, and you think clearly on the page A track record of managing multiple projects, staying organized, and keeping initiatives on schedule Comfort with reporting and analysis, including tracking down the right data, people, and access when processes are new Strategic or creative experience is a plus when paired with tactical support Experience in the Consumer Markets industry including travel and hospitality marketing is a plus Microsoft Office Suite Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein Analytics) Familiarity with Martech platforms and tools (email automation, web CMS, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr Liaison Creative
