Responsibilities include personal care services, mandatory self‑care routine education, meal preparation, cleaning, medication administration under RN guidance, transporting clients, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with productivity standards. Training Program MHACBO‑accredited training program with CEU credits, paid training, and qualified clinical supervision. Schedule Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm (Full Time, Swing) Qualifications Experience in caregiving and/or mental health (preferred) Dedication to resident wellbeing and support for ADL/IADL skills development Valid driver’s license (state of residence) or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire; safe driving record Pass DHS criminal background check Must be 18 or older at time of hire (OAR 309‑035‑0135) Ability to complete crisis de‑escalation and CPR training; perform physical tasks up to 40 pounds, occasional ladder use, squat/kneel, climb stairs, lift and transfer clients Physical Demands Requires frequent talking, listening, use of hands and fingers, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Occasionally may use ladders, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks. About the Facility Alder Creek is a co‑ed, 6‑bed licensed residential treatment facility serving adults with mental illness. Residents have private rooms and shared living areas.
