The Embroidery Quality Manager oversees a small team of skilled Embroiders, ensuring that all embroidery products meet high standards of precision and craftsmanship. Reporting directly to the Owner/Creative Director, this role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong leadership skills to maintain and enhance product quality within the company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections of embroidery products
- Lead and manage a small quality management team of 1-5 members
- Develop and enforce quality standards and procedures
- Collaborate with production and design teams to address quality issues
- Ensure consistent adherence to company and industry embroidery standards
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of verifiable embroidery experience
- Strong knowledge of quality control and embroidery techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
