Vacancy Receptionist

The Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact, engaging in daily face-to-face and phone interactions with students, parents, faculty, staff, and community members. This role requires an organized individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must quickly adapt to new technology while maintaining confidentiality. 7:00 am - 3:00 pm while school is in session. This is a 10-month position; however, due to school activities throughout the year, some flexible hours may be required during school breaks and the summer months.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or prior school office experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency with technology (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and school management databases, preferably Skyward)
• Multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic under pressure or during emergency situations
• Preference given to individuals with prior experience working in a school setting

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range $20.50 - $21.50 per hour, depending on experience
