\nAs a Urologist, you will:\n
\n
\n- Deliver comprehensive urologic care to adult patients across both outpatient settings and hospital/surgical environments.\n
\n
\n- Engage in a high-volume clinical practice that addresses immediate patient demands.\n
\n
\n
\n- Conduct diagnoses and perform surgical interventions for various urologic conditions.\n
\n
\n
\n- Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team of four established Urologists alongside a community partner.\n
\n- Participate in hospital call rotation to manage inpatient consultations and emergencies.\n
\n
\n
\n- Utilize advanced technological resources, including two DaVinci XI robotic surgical systems, with an upcoming robotics expansion and Aquablation slated for 2026.\n
\n
\n
\n- Work alongside a well-equipped and efficient clinical support team.\n
\n
\n
\n- Document patient care and treatment plans using the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system.\n
\n
\n
\n- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care while actively engaging with colleagues and leadership to influence the future trajectory of urology services.\n
