We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist to serve as  Medical Director within a well-established inpatient rehabilitation facility. As Medical Director, you will provide hands-on inpatient care while shaping the clinical direction of the rehabilitation program.

• Provide daily inpatient medical management for rehabilitation patients
• Oversee care for medically complex patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Establish and uphold clinical standards and best practices
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
• Partner closely with therapy, nursing, and case management teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Serve as a physician leader and mentor within the facility

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in inpatient rehab, LTAC, SNF, or acute care
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills
• Commitment to quality, patient-centered care
