How You Will Make An Impact

• Administer, configure, and enhance the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise service management requirements.
• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise identity and access management platforms.
• Support identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, role changes, access requests, approvals, and offboarding.
• Partner with IAM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, integration failures, workflow defects, and performance concerns.
• Follow ServiceNow development standards, security practices, testing procedures, and release management processes.
• Contribute to platform documentation, technical design decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Do you bring proven success in ServiceNow development and identity management integrations?

• Demonstrated experience administering and developing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience designing and supporting REST, SOAP, or other enterprise application integrations.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, access provisioning, and deprovisioning processes.
• Experience working with enterprise identity and access management platforms.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow security, roles, groups, access controls, and approval workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is strongly preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or relevant implementation certifications are preferred.
