Job Summary: Account Manager

The Account Manager will interact with the company’s assigned customer accounts, as well as others as they arise, by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and coordinating added services to be provided to the customer.

Full-time, permanent position.

Starting salary to $45,000

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to supply support and information on products or services.

· Collect and enter orders for new or added products or services.

· Field customer questions and complaints, if required, forward to the assigned specialist or other proper staff.

· Monitor for off-line customers.

· Ensure and coordinate the actions to be taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns and schedule and staff added services needed. Coordinate service schedule with service team to assure satisfactory completion of the service.

· Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

· Some occasional travel and fieldwork that may include the services to be provided.

· Will report to the Senior Account Manager.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent communication skills including active listening.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.

· Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Account service experience a plus.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
