Senior Healthcare Recruiter

On Time Talent Solutions is hiring a full-time Healthcare Recruiter for 100% on-site recruiting in Golden Valley, MN. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through screening, interviewing, and onboarding for caregivers and clinical staff. Use structured candidate interviews to determine applicant qualifications. Coordinate and communicate with healthcare professionals, including Nurses, Therapists, and Social Workers , plus healthcare office staff. Write, edit, and post job advertisements across multiple hiring platforms. Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and priority roles . Support additional talent acquisition projects and ongoing hiring initiatives. Requirements 2+ years of recruiting experience (required), including full-cycle recruiting. Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Healthcare recruiting experience (prior experience strongly preferred). Experience in a staffing agency , recruiting firm , or metrics-driven recruiting environment (highly valued). Ability to participate in occasional evening or weekend recruiting activities. Understanding of healthcare industry roles and functions . Outgoing personality with a positive, team-oriented approach. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize recruiting responsibilities. Self-starter with a hands-on approach to hiring. Healthcare settings of interest Experience recruiting in Home Care , Hospice , and Assisted Living (background strongly sought).
