We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Scaffold Construction Laborers to support our construction team by assisting in the assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding systems. This role is essential to ensuring safe access for workers at various heights and requires a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Hours: Monday - Friday (Day Shift) Key Responsibilities Assist in the erection and dismantling of scaffolding according to safety standards Transport, load, and unload scaffolding materials such as frames, planks, and braces Inspect scaffolding components for damage or defects before use Secure scaffolding using appropriate ties, clamps, and supports Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all company and OSHA safety regulations Use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Support other general labor tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous construction or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Work Environment Outdoor construction sites with exposure to changing weather Physically demanding role involving lifting, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods Fast-paced and safety-sensitive environment BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan.
