Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist at an early childhood center near Greenville, MI. This 12-week position supports a maternity leave, beginning August 19th and running through the end of October. Working on-site, you’ll play a vital role in delivering targeted speech and language services, helping students achieve growth in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Key Qualifications:

• Active CCC-SLP credential is required
• Experience in a school setting is highly preferred
• Proficiency delivering speech therapy to young learners
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, family members, and support staff
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Comfortable working in-person to best engage early childhood students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy aligned with IEP goals
• Assess, document, and track student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers and parents to address each child’s communication needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines
