A unique opportunity awaits an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful difference in early childhood education. This 12-week maternity leave coverage runs from August 19th to the end of October and will immerse you in a welcoming preschool community serving young learners. You will work onsite, providing vital speech and language services to help students achieve their communication goals and thrive in the classroom.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in school-based settings or early childhood populations preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, goal-writing, and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services in alignment with students’ IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and document all therapy sessions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
• Offer guidance to classroom staff in supporting student communication
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and strategies
