Make a meaningful impact supporting early childhood learners this fall in a contract speech-language pathology role. Help young students thrive by providing dedicated speech and language services in line with their IEP goals and state and federal guidelines. This opportunity covers a 12-week maternity leave, with hours totaling 32.5 per week from mid-August through the end of October. The setting is an early childhood center, and in-person presence is preferred due to the age of students served.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid CCC-SLP certification is required.
• Experience working within school settings and familiarity with IEPs is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with educators, support staff, and families.
• Ability to deliver engaging, individualized therapy to young children.
• Understanding of state and federal education regulations relevant to speech-language services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with communication needs.
• Provide direct therapy services aligned with IEPs and best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring as required by school standards.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to support student success.
