Key Qualifications:

• Current CCC-SLP credential required.
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language services is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to adhering to individualized education plans (IEPs), as well as state and federal regulations.
• Passion for working in-person with young children, supporting their communication development.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored speech and language therapy for early childhood students, ensuring documentation reflects progress toward IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and communicate findings clearly with families and staff.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to provide holistic support for each student's needs.
• Participate in parent meetings, team conferences, and IEP reviews as needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment that nurtures each child’s potential.

This assignment covers the period from mid-August through October, offering a full-time schedule of 32.5 hours weekly. You’ll have the satisfaction of supporting young learners as they develop foundational communication skills in a supportive school setting.
