As part of the Subway team, you will focus on four main responsibilities: Providing an excellent guest experience Preparing and serving great food Keeping the restaurant clean and beautiful Being a team player Key day‑to‑day tasks Working with guests to recommend meal options and fulfill orders from start to finish Upholding food safety standards while preparing and serving fresh food daily Collaborating with teammates to keep all areas of the restaurant clean and maintain a pleasant atmosphere for guests Benefits and opportunities Brand partnership discounts Scholarship opportunities Opportunity to earn university course credits Hands‑on career experience in the restaurant business Prerequisites Education : Some high school or equivalent Experience : No previous experience required Essential Functions Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
