Our client, a leading organization in the commercial real estate sector, is seeking a Lease Admin Analyst to join their team. As a Lease Admin Analyst, you will be part of the Property & Facilities Management department supporting global data center portfolios. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a self-motivated approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Lease Admin Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Range: $32-33hr.
Shift: Days9:00an-6pm
What's the Job?
- Conduct reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients to ensure operating expenses follow lease terms
- Review and process invoices, purchase orders, and contractual documents related to lease agreements
- Coordinate accounts payable activities, validate invoices, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain and track industry certificates to ensure portfolio compliance
- Support contract reviews and generate reports for lease asset management teams
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related roles
- Experience reviewing invoices, purchase orders, and contracts within a property management or data center environment
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, including creating formulas, running reports, and managing detailed data
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Excellent communication skills to effectively speak to your resume and work collaboratively
