Registered Nurse Position Vered Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Shores Nursing and Rehab Center in Blountstown, Florida. Job Summary As a Registered Nurse at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will administer medications, perform treatments, and maintain accurate records. You will also direct the day-to-day tasks of our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and foster a positive and supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and performing treatments Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care Direct the day-to-day tasks of CNAs and provide leadership and guidance as needed Fosters a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff Utilize PCC electronic charting system Qualifications Valid RN nursing license in Florida Current CPR certification PCC electronic charting experience preferred Work Schedule Full-time employees: 12-hour nursing shifts with rotating weekends required Part-time employees: 12-hour nursing shifts with 2 weekend days a month required PRN employees: 12-hour nursing shift every 30 days required to stay active About the Role As a Registered Nurse at Shores Nursing and Rehab Center, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful and lasting relationships with residents, enjoy better hours and work-life balance, and work with a talented and motivated team of individuals who share your goal of making a difference in the lives of our patients.
