Enterprise AI Workflow Consultant [Remote]

Design, test, and improve agentic AI workflows that mirror real-world enterprise processes to increase business productivity and to train next generation AI systems. Use your domain expertise to produce high quality examples, test cases, operational playbooks, and targeted feedback that reveal model reasoning gaps, tool use issues, and workflow limitations.

• Apply professional domain experience to evaluate and enhance AI model capabilities in realistic scenarios.
• Design, execute, and iterate multi-tool agentic workflows that simulate critical professional processes.
• Identify and analyze reasoning gaps, workflow limitations, and tool integration challenges in AI agent outputs, and translate findings into clear, actionable feedback.
• Create comprehensive examples, test cases, and operational playbooks derived from your day to day work.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to communicate nuanced domain feedback and influence model development priorities.
• Document workflow outcomes and contribute to a best practices library for AI agent adoption and enablement.

• Required skills: AI Adoption, AI Enablement, Process Improvement, AI Agents.
• Extensive professional experience in Sales, Growth Product Management, Project Management, Finance, or a similar domain where AI agents are regularly used is preferred.
• Proven hands on experience building and operating agentic workflows, not just using them, including integrating tools such as Gmail, Drive, Slack, Jira, MCP connectors, APIs, or automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Ability to connect data sources, configure permissions and authentication, and integrate AI agents with productivity tools and business systems.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying model performance gaps and proposing domain grounded improvements.
• Ability to explain complex process requirements and improvement strategies to both technical and non technical audiences.
• Enthusiasm for advancing AI adoption and enablement within dynamic business environments.

• Engagement type: Independent contractor.
• Location: Remote.

$80 - $150 per hour.

• No prior experience in AI is required, domain expertise and hands on workflow experience are the primary qualifications.
• Candidates must be able to contract as an independent contractor and work remotely.
