- Clean malpractice and licensing history
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)


Description:
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Family Medicine Physician.
The position involves providing comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
You will manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care cases.
Routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling will be performed.
There will be close collaboration with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
Participation in a light call rotation with RN triage is required.
You will be supported by hospital-affiliated systems and physician-led governance.
There is an option to participate in teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP/PA students.
Opportunities for involvement in hospital medicine and leadership/administrative roles are available.
A flexible schedule is offered, with a preference for candidates open to a full-time, outpatient setting with a shared call rotation.
Candidates interested in a long-term commitment to the practice are preferred.
Availability to start upon credentialing is required.
Candidates must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified.
Candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted.
Locum candidates and Visa candidates will not be considered.
