This role involves evaluation, treatment planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and documentation compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plansProvide skilled occupational therapy services per physician ordersDocument evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with regulationsCollaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary team membersEducate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home programsParticipate in care planning, discharge planning, and team meetingsConduct staff training and in-service educationMaintain compliance with state practice acts and facility policiesQualificationsDegree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred)Active Occupational Therapist license in South Carolina (in good standing)Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferredFamiliarity with PointClickCare and Casamba preferredStrong clinical, documentation, and communication skillsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
