About This Role The Triage Registered Nurse will provide telephone-based triage support for patients across the lifespan in a Family Practice setting. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with prior telephone triage experience, particularly in primary care and pediatrics. Highlights Pay: $36.87 - $50.76 per hour Location: Lee, NH Facility: Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Department/Unit: Family Medicine Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift What You'll Do Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards. Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records. Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Requirements Education Associate's Degree in Nursing required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred Licenses & Certifications Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
