The Opportunity\n

\n

This isn't a traditional Business Development role.

\n

This is about owning Reklaim's platform ecosystem.

\n

Today, Reklaim works with approximately two dozen strategic platform partners across the programmatic advertising landscape. Your responsibility is to maximize the commercial value of those relationships while identifying, negotiating and launching new partnerships that generate meaningful revenue.

\n

You'll also manage our Platform Specialist, ensuring existing partners receive world-class support while expanding our ecosystem.

\n

You'll report directly to the CEO and work alongside Product, Engineering, Sales and Client Success to shape where Reklaim goes next.

\n

This role has significant visibility, ownership and impact.

\n

What You'll Own\n

Grow Existing Platform Revenue\n

\n

\n
• Own Reklaim's strategic relationships across DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, identity providers and data marketplaces.
\n
• Build commercial growth plans for every major platform.
\n
• Identify new products, use cases and revenue opportunities.
\n
• Expand existing partnerships and drive increased platform utilization.
\n
• Conduct executive business reviews with strategic partners.
\n
• Build relationships throughout partner organizations, from commercial teams to executive leadership.
\n

Build New Partnerships\n

\n
• Identify new platforms that should work with Reklaim.
\n
• Prospect, develop and negotiate strategic commercial partnerships.
\n
• Launch new revenue-generating integrations.
\n
• Build joint go-to-market plans with partners.
\n
• Shorten the time from introduction to revenue.
\n

Own Platform Strategy\n

\n

\n
• Identify where Reklaim should integrate next.
\n
• Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend new partnership opportunities.
\n
• Evaluate emerging technologies and commercial models.
\n
• Help shape the company's long-term platform strategy.
\n

\n

Lead Platform Operations\n

\n

\n
• Manage and mentor the Platform Specialist.
\n
• Ensure existing partners receive exceptional support.
\n
• Improve operational efficiency without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
\n
• Build scalable processes as the business grows.
\n

\n

Collaborate Across the Business\n

\n

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success and Executive Leadership to prioritize integrations, remove roadblocks and accelerate revenue.

What We're Looking For\n

• 5+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, data licensing, identity or programmatic advertising.
\n
• Experience managing strategic technology partnerships.
\n
• Strong commercial negotiation skills.
\n
• Existing relationships across the digital advertising ecosystem.
\n
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and the data supply chain.
\n
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders.
\n
• A builder's mindset with a bias toward execution.
\n
