Production Assistant- The Belasco

Job Summary This position provides on‑stage support to touring and live music events, delivering food, beverage, cleaning, and logistical services to artists and crew, while maintaining safety, sanitation, and professional standards. Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent. Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter. Assist with any other aspect of stage production (e.g., show pass and guest list distribution). Assist Green Room Server with any needs of the artist. Perform opening/running/closing side duties according to company policy. Locate restaurants, stores, music stores, and area attractions for the band. Maintain company safety and sanitation standards. Manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional. Qualifications Required: State or County Licensed or Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent. High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to work late hours with a flexible schedule. Excellent communication skills and punctuality. Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms. Responsibly operated automobile and proof of insurance. Exceptional driving record. Preferred: 3+ years of experience interacting with people in a positive environment. Experience in a live music environment. Physical Demands/Working Environment Fast‑paced, often loud and stressful; requires extended periods of standing and working on your feet both indoors and outdoors, ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper techniques, and ability to work in an intensely physical environment.
