Physical Therapist - Travel Contract - COMPLETION BONUS

Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Tucson, AZ, supporting patient recovery and management of chronic conditions in a skilled nursing setting. This role offers the opportunity to practice evidence-based therapy in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads and document according to facility and payer requirements. Ability to meet productivity expectations and maintain professional conduct throughout the assignment. (Preferred: specific productivity benchmark to be defined by client.)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care plans of care. Familiarity with common SNF documentation systems and regulatory requirements. Previous travel therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30. Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week. Candidate may be expected to float to nearby facilities as needed.
