We're growing our Marketing team and looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support one of our brand teams. This role may sit on different brand teams within MGA depending on business needs. About the Role The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing team through a mix of marketing coordination and administrative responsibilities, acting as a key liaison between the brand marketing team, sales, and cross-functional partners. Time Allocation Marketing Coordination: 75% Administrative Support: 25% Key Responsibilities Marketing Coordination Support the Marketing team across scheduling, tracking, reporting, recapping, and communication with sales and cross-functional teams Manage the product information process and asset creation (sales sheets, price lists, toolkits, visual line lists, etc.) Coordinate shipping of samples for meetings and other needs Assist with proofing and organizing creative and packaging assets Support Sales Meetings and key account meetings, including deliverables Build and format marketing presentations in PowerPoint (templates, slide creation, cleanup/formatting) Schedule and manage account calls/meetings, including notes and follow-up recaps Serve as the Marketing team's liaison to cross-functional partners Support/manage the social media content calendar Provide competitive new product development (NPD) analysis as requested Lead product review reporting, providing insight and consumer analysis to leadership Create NPD reports as requested Provide point-of-sale summary information to the team Lead tradeshow preparation coordination for the brand Serve as the brand lead for the E-Commerce team Own brand assets, including sales materials and media Administrative Provide day-to-day administrative support: product information, meeting and request management, etc. Serve as brand lead for SKU setup Support brainstorm sessions (gathering materials, competitive samples, inspiration, etc.) Coordinate new hire onboarding support for the Marketing team (computer, internet access, office & facilities, etc.) Support office management: ordering supplies, serving as a key point of contact for facility requests Manage product information tracking systems and serve as key point person Manage and submit travel and expense reports Collaborate with IT and facilities to resolve office technical and logistical issues Stay current on MGA Entertainment organizational changes and help the team navigate the broader MGA systems and resources Create purchase order requests for projects Other tasks as needed Requirements 1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a marketing environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-starter who is collaborative, team-spirited, and flexible Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to identify and implement more efficient, cost-effective work processes Proactive approach to overcoming obstacles and keeping projects moving forward Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to successful completion Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and OneDrive; comfortable with PC operating systems and basic A/V technology setup Skills & Attributes Highly creative Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent oral and written communication Reliable follow-through Able to complete projects on time Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr MGA Entertainment
