Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, walls, prep areas, and storage spaces. Empty and sanitize trash containers regularly and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables. Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing food and kitchen supplies. Operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Support the culinary team by delivering clean and organized kitchenware promptly during service. Assist with basic food preparation (such as peeling or chopping) when needed. Report maintenance or safety issues immediately to the supervisor or chef on duty. Follow all sanitation and safety policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Help maintain kitchen organization and support inventory control as directed. Who You Are A team player who takes pride in keeping things spotless, organized, and running efficiently. Energized by a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment and committed to supporting the team’s success. Someone who values the details—because you know cleanliness and safety are the foundation of great hospitality. Able to work independently, stay on task, and prioritize duties during high-volume times. Physically able to meet the demands of the job (standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs). Open to working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Communicates in basic English; bilingual abilities are a plus. Prior experience in kitchen stewarding, dishwashing, or janitorial work is preferred, but we welcome those ready to learn and grow with us.
