Job Description: As a Cart Attendant at Jersey Meadow Golf Course, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include: Retrieving golf carts from the staging area and ensuring they are cleaned, stocked, and in proper working condition Assisting golfers with loading and unloading their bags onto the carts Directing the flow of cart traffic and ensuring adherence to course policies Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of the cart staging area and driving range Providing exceptional customer service by greeting golfers, answering questions, and assisting with their needs Assisting with basic maintenance tasks around the facility as needed Upholding safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred Knowledge of golf etiquette and familiarity with golf cart operations is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical stamina to lift and carry golf bags and perform light maintenance tasks Competitive wages Complimentary golf privileges Opportunities for training and professional development Positive and collaborative work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr The City of Jersey Village
