Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shift Leader to join our team at Magnera. The Shift Leader has the qualifications and business acumen to effectively manage their team. As a Shift Leader you should be able to monitor day-to-day operations of the Delta Line to ensure KPIs are being met. The ideal candidate would lead by example in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Exempt Role : Shift Leader Monitor all systems and employees during production and downtime events. Record downtime events accurately Promote safe working practice and instill mindset of a sense of urgency to all safety matters. Ensure all activities in your area under your responsibility have been risk assessed and appropriate control measures in place. Actively engage with your direct reports in safety meetings and activities. Actively communicate in responding with actions to questions/proposals of employees ASAP and follow up on actions agreed with your teams on a regular basis to ensure completions. Respond consistently with direct feedback to any at-risk behavior or conditions Demonstrate positive example giving behavior and send clear and consistent message on safety. Establish RRE for you direct reports( including appropriate leading and lagging safety goals in performance expectations and emphasize the importance of them being exemplary leadership role model) Qualifications Bachelor degree in related field (Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, etc.) preferred 3-5 years manufacturing experience 3-5 years leadership experience preferred Knowledge and experience with GMP principles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
