Special Credits Analyst (Tempe)

If you thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in getting the details right, this is an opportunity to grow your skills and impact.As a Sworn Document Prep Analyst within Business Banking Managed Assets, you support the preparation and quality review of sworn legal documents and supporting exhibits used in collections and recovery actions. You will help ensure sensitive information is appropriately protected through redaction and that document packages meet internal standards before filing. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, including managers, litigation officers, and in-house counsel, in a team culture that values accuracy, accountability, and collaboration.Job responsibilitiesPrepare sworn legal documents and supporting packages, including motions, affidavits, declarations, affirmations, and exhibitsReview loan and account documentation to identify and apply redaction needs before documents are used externallyOrganize supporting exhibits and attachments into clear, court-ready document setsPerform peer reviews of sworn document packages to confirm completeness, accuracy, and consistency across documentsVerify key document details such as party names, captions, signatures, dates, formatting, and required attachmentsTrack due dates and manage daily priorities to meet time-sensitive litigation and recovery deadlinesCoordinate reviews and approvals with internal partners to keep packages moving through required checkpointsEscalate urgent issues, missing information, or deadline risks promptly and clearlyCollaborate with managers, litigation officers, and in-house counsel to resolve questions and align on document requirementsMaintain strong quality controls while handling high-volume workflows and rapid turnaround requestsIdentify process gaps and suggest practical improvements that support accuracy and timelinessRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills2+ years of experience preparing and/or reviewing legal pleadings or court-ready document packages and supporting exhibitsAbility to apply redaction practices to protect confidential, personal, or privileged informationWorking knowledge of commercial loan documentation (for example, notes, security agreements, and guaranties)Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies across related documentsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills for clear coordination with internal partners and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamProficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in a legal, collections, loss mitigation, or credit recovery environmentExperience supporting commercial collections litigation workflowsExperience preparing or reviewing legal pleadings Experience assembling fact verification packages or similar supporting documentationChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
