Location: Fargo, ND

Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (Some overtime may be required/available)

Pay: $18-20 per hour

Job Summary: Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Mailroom Operations Specialist to join our client's Fargo-based Mail Operations team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the processing of customer statement reprint requests, handling incoming correspondence, managing fraud and dispute documentation, and executing other essential operational workflows.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Process customer statement reprint requests accurately and efficiently
• Receive, sort, and process physical mail, including fraud and dispute documentation and customer correspondence
• Research and identify appropriate accounts, cases, disputes, and customer details using multiple internal systems
• Accurately enter, verify, and associate account numbers, case numbers, and other critical data elements
• Prepare documents for scanning, imaging, indexing, and electronic storage
• Execute routine operational tasks across multiple systems while collaborating with internal teams
• Support production activities within customer correspondence, indexing, and other operational functions
• Research processing exceptions and escalate issues to management when necessary
• Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency, quality, and overall operations
• Meet established productivity, quality, and service standards while adhering to policies and controls
• Follow all applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and security guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of departmental objectives

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of related work experience in operations, mail processing, document management, administrative support, banking operations, or a similar environment
