Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to clients in a compassionate and nonjudgmental manner
- Assist clients in developing coping skills and strategies to manage their mental health challenges
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document client progress
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- RN/LPN preferred
- Previous experience working in a behavioral health or addiction treatment setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm when dealing with crisis
- Empathy and understanding towards individuals facing mental health challenges
