Support Specialist/Receptionist/Behavioral Health Technician

Support Specialist / Receptionist / Bht (Behavioral Health Technician)
We are seeking a friendly and organized support specialist / receptionist / behavioral health technician to be the first point of contact for our clients and provide exceptional support to our professional staff. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing multiple tasks, and helping create a welcoming and efficient environment. If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you!
Key responsibilities include reception and customer service, administrative support, coordination and communication, and behavioral health support (as needed).
Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. A friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for helping others. Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.) and scheduling tools. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems or the ability to quickly learn new software. Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in crisis or emergency situations.
