Overview
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (LTCA) travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting in Billings, Montana, United States. Start date: 07/20/2026. 13-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Day shift. Weekly pay: $1,348–$1,457 per week.

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor OT treatment plans under supervision of the occupational therapist for residents in a skilled nursing setting.
- Administer therapeutic activities and exercises to promote independence in activities of daily living.
- Document progress, modify interventions as directed, and communicate findings to the supervising OT.
- Maintain accurate, timely progress notes and documentation in residents’ charts in accordance with policy and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including nursing and therapy staff, to support safe discharge planning and functional outcomes.

Requirements
- Active Montana license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an ACOTE-accredited program
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work days with guaranteed hours in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Ability to comply with facility policies and regulatory requirements
