Job Summary The Licensing Specialist is responsible for reviewing and processing producer/agent licensing applications, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and corporate regulatory requirements. This role manages and maintains producer (broker/agent) demographic information, insurance credentials, appointments, and licensing records to support organizational compliance and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include researching and resolving licensing-related inquiries from producers, general agents, marketing partners, and internal stakeholders. The Licensing Specialist serves as a subject matter expert on producer licensing requirements and processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of licensing data while supporting business objectives. Job Requirements 2 years of college or 4 years business experience. Knowledge of Insurance business Organization and planning skills. Strong attention to detail PC proficiency to include MS Office products such as Word, Excel. Knowledge and use of cloud applications is a bonus. Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Preferred Job Requirements 2 years of firsthand experience managing and maintaining insurance agent broker license and appointments. Knowledge of NIPR, SBS, Sircon applications. Base Pay Range $22.75 - $38.14 Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
