Fundraising and Foster Event 4/11/26
Ace of Hearts Dog Rescue
MISSION
Ace of Hearts is a 501(c)(3) dog rescue foundation dedicated to rescuing dogs of all breeds. We save them the day they are to be euthanized from various Los Angeles shelters and placing them in loving homes. The Ace of Hearts Foundation is in memory of Ace, a wonderful American Bulldog who was rescued from death and touched the lives of many (Especially our founder, Kari Whitman)!
VOLUNTEER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Adoption Event where we try to show off our foster dogs for adoption, but here's what else you can expect:
- Helping with setup and teardown of the event
- Fundraising for our dogs in need of medical care
- Making doggie goodie-bags for fosters to pick up
We have two shifts one for setting up from 1-3 pm , and one for take down from 3-6 pm .
ADDITIONAL HELP
If you can pick up some supplies on the way to our event, we'd greatly appreciate it!
- 2 cases of bottled water
- 2 bags of ice
REQUIREMENTS
- 18 years old (if under 18 must be accompanied with adult supervision)
- All volunteers are required to fill out an Ace of Hearts Volunteer Waiver Form prior to the Event
