Join our growing personal-injury law firm in the Galleria area of Dallas! We are seeking a motivated attorney to join our team and immediately take ownership of an established litigation docket. An active Texas law license is required.

At our office, each attorney is supported by an experienced litigation paralegal, a dedicated medical records clerk, and the aid of our closing department.

We're looking for an attorney with at least one year of personal-injury experience who is passionate about helping clients through difficult times. Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required. We are also open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow in personal-injury litigation.

Qualifications

• Active Texas law license (required)
• 1+ years of personal-injury experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 100–150 personal-injury files
• Draft or approve pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding their cases
• Update and maintain case information in Filevine, our internal software
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as each case requires same
• Work with clients and team to achieve the best-possible outcomes for your cases

Employment Type

• Full-time, salary of $145,000.00 plus 5% of attorney fees earned from your cases’ closures

Work Location

Galleria area of Dallas, near I-635 and the Dallas North Tollway.
