Lead the Floor. Develop Your Team. We’re looking for a motivated retail leader to support the Store Manager in driving results, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Leadership & Team Support - Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of 7–15 colleagues - Provide real-time feedback and coaching on the sales floor - Help drive a positive, high-energy team culture - Step in to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager Commercial Performance & Sales - Support delivery of key KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT - Lead by example in customer service and selling behaviors - Assist in analyzing performance and executing action plans to improve results - Ensure strong product knowledge and visual merchandising standards Operations & Store Execution - Support daily store operations including scheduling, inventory, and stock flow - Ensure smooth execution of opening/closing procedures - Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment Recruitment & Team Development - Support recruitment efforts including interviews and onboarding - Help train and develop team members - Contribute to building a strong internal talent pipeline - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures - Support loss prevention practices and inventory accuracy - Maintain Health & Safety standards WHO YOU ARE: - 1–3+ years of experience in a retail leadership role - Proven ability to support sales performance and customer experience - Strong communication and coaching skills - Commercially aware and eager to learn - Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about fashion and retail We provide equal opportunities for everyone, irrespective of gender, age, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or religious background, while creating an empowering environment where people can thrive and develop.
