Legal Assistant/Legal SecretaryEstablished law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary for their firm! Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a legal assistant or legal secretary role and be able to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary Requirements:3+ years experience preferredAbility to support multiple attorneysCalendaring case deadlines including but not limited to discovery deadlines, court hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.Open new files, run conflicts checks, and maintain all client and general files electronically via ProLawWork well under pressure, keep a calm and professional demeanor at all timesSchedule hearings with opposing counsel and court staffState and Federal filing preferredMake appointments and travel arrangements; maintain calendar and deadline reminder systemDraft correspondenceExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailInteract with clients, visitors and attorneys/staff via phone, email and in-personBenefits:MedicalDentalVision401KPTOHybrid workstyleSalary range is based on experience and may be different than what is represented in the job posting.
