The Opportunity As a Senior SAP IS-U Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end‑to‑end SAP transformation programmes, helping utility organisations modernise and future‑prove their SAP IS‑U environments as part of large‑scale SAP S/4HANA initiatives. Working directly with business stakeholders, you will analyse existing business processes, facilitate workshops, design future‑state solutions, and guide customers through some of their most important digital transformation programmes. Whether supporting S/4HANA migrations, system consolidations, carve‑outs, or business harmonisation projects, you will help organisations unlock the full value of their SAP investment while shaping the future of utility operations. Your Responsibilities Deliver SAP IS‑U workstreams within complex SAP transformation programmes Facilitate workshops to analyse, design, implement, and harmonise business processes Support SAP S/4HANA migration, transformation, system consolidation, and carve‑out projects Configure and customise SAP IS‑U solutions to meet business requirements Advise clients on best practices across SAP IS‑U and utility business processes Take ownership of work packages and, where appropriate, lead partial project management activities Support business development and pre‑sales activities by providing SAP IS‑U expertise Contribute to the continued growth and development of the SAP Transformation practice Act as a trusted advisor throughout the full project lifecycle What We're Looking For Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years' experience in SAP IS‑U consulting or as an SAP IS‑U Key User Strong hands‑on experience customising SAP IS‑U solutions Experience supporting SAP migrations, harmonisation, or transformation programmes Ideally exposure to SAP FI‑CA Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills Fluent German and professional English language skills Willingness to travel when required Why Join?
